What HealthRX says is included
Consultation, clinician review, prescription when appropriate, medication, overnight shipping, provider messaging, dose management and refill coordination. HealthRX says no insurance is required and plans are HSA/FSA eligible.
Refunds and renewals
HealthRX says patients receive a full refund if a provider does not approve treatment. Its pricing page says plans renew at the end of their term with a $25 subscriber credit and that unshipped doses are refundable after cancellation.
