How HealthRX Works

Medical information: This website provides general educational information, not medical advice. Prescription decisions belong to a licensed healthcare professional. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
  1. Consultation: provide medical information.
  2. Clinician review: HealthRX says an independent clinician licensed in the patient's state reviews the file, typically within about 24 hours.
  3. Prescription: only if the clinician considers treatment appropriate.
  4. Pharmacy: the prescription is sent to a U.S.-licensed Section 503A compounding pharmacy.
  5. Delivery and follow-up: HealthRX says medication ships overnight and ongoing provider messaging, dose changes and refills run through the account.

HealthRX says it does not employ the doctors and does not own the pharmacy.
