HealthRX Eligibility: What the Service Publishes

Medical information: This website provides general educational information, not medical advice. Prescription decisions belong to a licensed healthcare professional. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.

HealthRX currently says its general eligibility criteria are adults 18+ with BMI 30 or higher, or BMI 27 or higher with at least one weight-related condition. A licensed provider makes the final decision on every consultation.

Important: criteria are not approval

Meeting a published BMI threshold does not guarantee a prescription. Medical history, medications, contraindications and other clinical factors matter.

Availability

HealthRX says service is available in all 50 U.S. states through clinicians licensed in the patient's state, and that a full refund applies if a provider does not approve treatment.
